Overview

The Aqua Runtime Dashboards and Reporting Suite provides centralized visibility into runtime security posture, security trends, risk, and control effectiveness within the Aqua Platform SaaS Edition.

The suite is intended to help security, operations, and leadership teams review runtime security information through purpose-built dashboards and reports without impacting active scanning or operational workloads.

The suite currently includes:

  • Good Morning Report – Provides a high-level overview of key security information and areas requiring attention.

  • Security KPI Dashboard – Helps track security metrics and trends over time.

  • FAIR Risk Dashboard – Provides risk-focused insights to help understand and communicate security exposure.

  • Cloud Security Report – Provides reporting and visibility into the organization's cloud security posture.

Availability

The Runtime Dashboards and Reporting Suite is being enabled through a phased rollout across eligible Aqua SaaS customers. Availability is based on the customer's rollout group:

B1 – Early → B2 – Normal → B3 – Later

  • B1 (Early): The Runtime Dashboards and Reporting Suite has already been enabled for customers in this group.

  • B2 (Normal): Enablement is currently being planned and will be rolled out in an upcoming phase.

  • B3 (Later): Enablement will follow in a later phase. There is currently no confirmed ETA for this group.

Therefore, an eligible customer may not yet see the reporting suite even when the required Workload Protection permissions are configured correctly.

If the suite is not currently available in your environment, please contact your Aqua Account Manager to confirm your rollout group and obtain the latest information regarding availability for your account.

Note: The absence of the Runtime Dashboards and Reporting Suite does not necessarily indicate an RBAC, configuration, or deployment issue while the phased rollout is in progress.

Requirements

To use the Runtime Dashboards and Reporting Suite:

  • Workload Protection must be deployed in the Aqua Platform SaaS Edition environment.

  • The logged-in user must have a permission set containing Workload Protection > Vulnerabilities with either View or Edit access.

  • The feature must have been enabled for the customer's SaaS environment as part of the rollout.

Important Considerations

  • The reporting suite is separate from the existing Aqua Hub, Workload Protection, and CSPM dashboards.

  • Dashboard information is currently refreshed daily and should not be treated as real-time operational data.

  • Access depends on both the required Workload Protection permissions and feature availability for the customer's SaaS environment.

  • Because the feature is being rolled out gradually, customers who do not yet see the reports should contact their Aqua Account Manager regarding availability for their account.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why don't I see the Runtime Dashboards and Reporting Suite in my Aqua environment?

The feature is being enabled through a phased rollout. B1 (Early) customers have already been enabled, while B2 (Normal) and B3 (Later) customers will be enabled in subsequent phases.

If you meet the documented requirements but cannot access the reports, please contact your Aqua Account Manager to confirm availability for your account.

2. When will the reporting suite be available for B2 and B3 customers?

B2 (Normal) enablement is currently being planned as the next phase of the rollout.

B3 (Later) will follow in a later phase, and there is currently no confirmed ETA.

Your Aqua Account Manager can provide the latest availability information applicable to your account.

3. How do I access the Runtime Dashboards and Reporting Suite?

Once enabled for your environment, access the suite directly at:

https://cloud.aquasec.com/reports

Sign in using your standard Aqua Platform credentials. The reporting suite is currently accessed through this direct URL rather than the standard Aqua Console navigation.

4. What permissions are required to access the reports?

The Workload Protection module must be deployed, and the logged-in user must have a permission set containing:

Workload Protection > Vulnerabilities → View or Edit

Having the required permissions does not by itself enable the feature if your account has not yet been included in the phased rollout.

5. Why don't the reports reflect a vulnerability remediation or policy change I made today?

The reports currently use a daily data snapshot rather than real-time data. Data is synchronized once per day at approximately 00:00 (midnight) regional time.

Changes made during the day should therefore be reflected after the next scheduled refresh.

6. I have the required permissions and believe the feature is enabled, but I still cannot access the reports. What should I do?

First, confirm that Workload Protection is deployed and that your user has the required Vulnerabilities View or Edit permission.

If these requirements are met and the feature has been enabled for your account but the reporting suite is still inaccessible, please contact Aqua Support for further assistance.
